If you’re using twitter for business then here’s a handy guide to following.
•Follow your customers/clients. They’ll more than likely follow back.
•Follow your competition’s followers, but don’t follow too many at a time or you’ll end up in twitter jail (account suspension). Why is this a good idea? Each person you follow will receive a notification after which they’ll most likely read your profile, alerting them to your business providing the same product or service as your competitor.
